Vaguada Costera at Buchupureo
If you can see something fairly well thru the mist it might be neblina in spanish. If you can't see much is niebla. Bruma is when the water drops that form the mist are over or near the sea.
It's also called "Vaguada Costera", for the first kilometers in the middle part of Chile. Further in the north it's called "Camanchaca"
